Grandma and Grandpa

Grandparents and grandchildren,
Together they create a chain of love
Linking the past with the future.
The chain may lengthen, but it will never part.

My parents are on their way back home today. We are sad. I wish they lived closer so we could see them more often.

We had a whirlwind 5 days with my parents, aka Grandma and Grandpa. Working, laughing, more working, telling stories, more working, hanging out together -- our 5 days were very full.

I wish my Mom could come about once a month! She has the gift of organization (guess I missed out on that gene). She and Reid are made from the same stuff when it comes to that.

(More haying pictures later)

Reid and Wyatt are very interested in learning how to sharpen knives. My kitchen knives are now sharp, and Randy's pocket-knife could be called a knife again!

Our brick wall is history.

What Grandpa doesn't know is that Laddie is packed in his suitcase! He sure made a friend in Laddie.

Grandpa and the tractor are also good friends, they spent so much time together.
