An interesting video....








If you haven't already heard this story.... it is well worth the 10 minutes spent watching.
How amazing that her work was not found until days after her death.
Her photography is inspiring. Enjoy.


I just found this on You Tube... more of her work.
Interestingly enough, at approx. minute 4:08 of this slideshow, you will see a little boy in a cowboy sweater.....
just like these little boys!  Amazing!
These sweaters were made for my dad and his brother.... back in the early 50s.
(please pardon my very sad photography skills from a few years back)

Ok.... I'll quit with the Vivian Maier now...  ;)

A beautiful but sad story and truly amazing how the sweaters are so much alike. Must be that Aunt Bea used a popular pattern back then to make them!

Wow. To think he discovered who she was just days after her death is so sad. She was amazingly talented. I'm so glad someone is actually working to preserve her work. Thanks for introducing her.
